Local Takes Reins of National Plant Hire Depot

Chipping Norton’s local takes the reins at WHC Hire Services Depot. Shaun Kemp (right), who worked his way up through the ranks at WHC Hire, has recently been installed as the new depot manager. WHC Hire Services supplies some of the latest plant and tool equipment to national/local trades and the public across the Cotswolds, Midlands and South West. WHC Hire Chipping Norton Depot has been servicing the Cotswolds, Oxfordshire and London borough areas since 2017.

MD James Clutterbuck of WHC Hire Services said, “We are very excited about what the future brings having Shaun at the helm. It is a testimonial to him for the hard work, patience and investment he has put into the Chipping Norton Depot. We are certain that Shaun will continue to uphold the core values and standards we have at WHC Hire Services.”

Alongside the new management is the internal promotion of local Liam Harris (left) to Hire Desk Control. Liam Harris started with WHC Hire as a ‘Plant Cleaner’, promoted to ‘Small Tool Maintenance’ and now will be assisting newly appointed manager Shaun as ‘Hire Desk Control’.

MD James Clutterbuck continued, “Liam has been such a valuable asset to the Chipping Norton depot. He is a great example of what the ethos at WHC Hire is all about. Investing in people and their development is one of the most rewarding things you can do as a business owner. These young people like Shaun and Liam are the future.”
