Malvern Challenge 2021

WHC Hire Services is excited to announce that we will be sponsoring the Malvern Challenge 2021 once again. The event is celebrating its 10th anniversary and will take place on Saturday 18th September, all in aid to a charity close to our hearts here at WHC Hire… Help For Heroes.

Help for Heroes is a charity that helps and supports men and women who have served our country, allowing them to lead active, independent and fulfilling lives. They’re an extraordinary charity that not just help repair damaged bodies and minds, but helps rebuild lives. The Malvern Challenge takes place across the Malvern Hills, only a stone’s throw away from two of our local depots, Worcester and Tewkesbury. There are two routes available for the general public to enter; the long walk with an estimated completion time of 6-8 hours (18km) and the shorter option, taking around 3-5hours (9km).

Back in 2019, when the event last took place, the challenge raised over £12,000. With over 350 entrants and over 70 dogs completing the course. An amazing achievement!
