WHC Hire Staff Awarded Further Certification From Makita

We are proud to announce that two valued members of the WHC Hire team have received certifications in completing the electrical servicing course from Makita UK.

Christian (Tewkesbury Depot) and Dave (Worcester Depot), attend and completed Makita’s “electrical servicing course” in Milton Keynes UK. This is part of the continuous training that WHC Hire offers to its staff, increasing their product knowledge and safety whilst handling and demonstrating equipment to our customers.

This course is for authorised service personnel who require precise insight into the repair of a cross-section of Makita power tools.

The electrical servicing course covers areas such as:

• Introduction into servicing.
• ‘Hands on’ experience.
• Correct warranty procedures.
• Tailor-made training.

Makita’s two-day course took place at their headquarters in Milton Keynes and runs on several dates throughout the year. Christian and Dave are just a couple of examples of the WHC Hire team who have untaken this training. WHC Hire looks forward to enrolling further staff members on this training course in the coming months.
